The First Artifact : Medusa
Medusa Artifact Lesbos Island on Youtube
In order to get the Medusa artifact, go to the city at the west coast of Lesbos, which is at the top right corner of the map in ac odyssey. You will find Bryce, who is looking for her lover. This will activate the mission Romancing the Stone Garden. Now, all you have to do is complete the mission and you will be taken to Medusa!
The Second Artifact : Cyclops (Brontes the Thunderer)

In order to get the Cyclops artifact, go to Kythera Island, North West of map, as shown in video. Go south of Murex fort to a man on top of a cliff named Empedokles to activate a mission called A God Among Men
That's all you have to do. Activate the Mission, and you will complete the quest and get the location to Brontes aka Cyclops!
The Third Artifact : Sphinx
Sphinx Artifact Boeotia Region on Youtube
In order to get to the Sphinx artifact, go to Boeotia and find a man named Gorgias south of Military Fort of Gla, south of the lake, and east of Ruins of Arne, on a mountainous region. You will get the mission Lore of the Sphinx. Now, all you have to do is finish the quest, answer the riddles and you defeat the Sphinx.
The Fourth Artifact : Minotaur

In order to get the Minotaur artifact, go to Messara on the eastern side of it, south of Palace Customs House sync point and you will find the Labyrinth of Lost Souls, but to activate it you need the mission Of Minotaurs and Men, which is also part of the Swordfish cultist quest. That's it! All you need to do is complete this Questline and you will face the final Atlantis Artifact Boss, the Minotaur!
